In this role, you will work closely with the Account Director and clients, playing an active part in strategic and creative projects, with growing responsibility and autonomy in delivering communication initiatives.You will have the opportunity to collaborate on impactful projects, develop your expertise in corporate communication and PR, and work in a dynamic environment.Support the organization and delivery of projects, as defined by the Account Manager or Account Director, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.Understand key client information (business strategy, products and services, target audiences) in order to define and prepare communication materials for the media and spokespersons: press releases, speeches, media briefings, minutes, key messages, Q&A; documents, etc.Manage direct client relationships, including attending and actively participating in meetings in English.Develop budgets and manage suppliers and external partners.Source, evaluate and coordinate suppliers, including budget analysis and recommendations.Native or bilingual level of English – essential.Degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Public Relations or related communication fields.Over four years of experience managing brands/accounts within a corporate communications practice in an agency setting.Strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem, social media and influencers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate across projects.
