Job Summary
This role is focused on influencing customers to develop the contact lens category by acquiring new users. The ideal candidate will be able to shift the mindset of eye care professionals (ECPs) and owners from passive to proactive about contact lenses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities for growth
* Influence customers to change their mindset and offer contact lenses
* Understand the unique needs and characteristics of various customer channels, including independent retailers, buying groups, and chains
* Develop the contact lens category using basic tools such as customer journey mapping, point-of-sale optimization, and database management
* Execute business plans defined for each key account area
* Broaden the Misight category and educate ECPs on its benefits, particularly for children's vision health
* Implement coverage plans tailored to each area based on customer segmentation
* Foster strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, and sales teams
* Negotiate price increases when necessary
* Contribute to team success and provide value to colleagues
* Stay up-to-date on CooperVision programs and competitor offerings
* Complete all reporting and administrative tasks
