The southern Europe region, where this role is sitting, is particularly interesting as we plan a double‑digit growth for the next 4 years. /p pThe Business Unit management will have the direct management of a team of seasoned Regional Sales Managers, themselves overseeing the JR country commercial teams (including indirect channels). This role will also coordinate additional support roles aimed at expanding the business and capturing market share. /p pWith PL responsibility over Iberia region, the role is pivotal in executing the strategic objectives of the Stryker Joint Replacement Business Unit. This involves spearheading the launch, planning, implementation, and oversight of sales force and marketing programs tailored to boost market penetration and profitability for a specific product / service range within the country. /p pIn this context, we are looking for a Sales Leader with a 360 and long‑term perspective, able to drive meaningful and sustainable initiatives and to turn‑around our organization to meet the market expectations and dynamics. /p pIf you are passionate about healthcare products and the opportunity to create a name for yourself in the Joint Replacement product marketspace – this is your chance! /p pFind more information about the division’s products: /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordination of Sales Actions /li liControl of the Reporting (Highlights) /li liOptimization of the resources in his area (deposits, AP, expenses …) /li liInformation workflow management inside the department, and between other departments. /li liControlling and managing all the resources, personnel, and materials of the area. /li liHigh level knowledge about the CMF diverse products, application and techniques /li liFollow up pricing policy of the company. Discount authorizations approval and management /li liMonthly report (to CMF Director) on the evolution of the sales, and adaptation to the circumstances of the market. /li libCoordinate sales force. /b /li liPromotion and presentation of the different products to the sales force. Intermediation between sales area and Customers. /li liAchievement of periodic marketing plans and long‑term strategic plans (3 and 5 years) /li libResponsible for launching the product at national level. /b /li liCoordination, distribution, and logistics of the product. (Conditionals, Deposits, Kits …) /li liControl and management of the company investment, personnel team, expenses in the area, margins and prices. /li liSupervise the proper segregation of waste in your department. /li liEnsure segregation of waste in your department. /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul li10+ years overall Commercial experience (this includes the combination of Marketing and Sales experience) /li liSolid experience as Commercial or Division Business Unit Leader or Regional Sales Manager for a medical device business with proven career progression /li liDirect selling experience required, preferably in the medical device industry, with a good knowledge of opinion leaders and of the main products and competitors /li liFluent level of English and Spanish. Intermediate level of Italian will be a plus. /li liProven experience in delivering market share growth and financial commitments /li liExperience in building and executing on a marketing / sales budget and plan /li liDemonstrated success in building, managing, motivating, and developing strong sales teams with direct and indirect channels. This includes acumen in setting sales coverage and leveraging territory coverage and customer focus /li liDemonstrated ability to build engagement and leverage performance management systems to reach business objectives; includes goal setting, performance planning and monitoring, coaching, feedback, and performance review /li liStrong commercial / financial acumen; including demonstrated record of overachieving organizational goals (e.g., sales quota, growth quota, sales, PL, engagement) /li liExcellent collaboration and communication skills; strong cross‑functional influencing skills teamwork. /li libTerritory : /b Spain Portugal /li libBased Location : /b Spain /li libType : /b Field /li libTravel percentage : /b 60-70% /li /ul h3Who do we look for? /h3 ul liHard‑working winners.
