Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist – Lisbon (Hybrid) / German Speaker (C2)*
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team in Lisbon (Anjos Office).
Position Details
* Work Model: Hybrid (subject to change in the future)
* Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Location: Lisbon, Portugal
* Contract Type: Permanent contract with 180-day probation period
Job Responsibilities
* Implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value customers
* Manage and optimize mainly Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.)
* Create keyword packages, bidding strategies, and budget recommendations
* Develop expertise across Google products (GSN, Mobile, YouTube, etc.)
* Analyze data and trends to generate meaningful insights and report on KPIs
Requirements
* Minimum 12 months of experience in ads optimization (Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other digital platforms)
* Strong knowledge of Google Network Settings (Search Network, Display Network, YouTube, etc.)
* Strong Excel knowledge
* Analytical mindset
* Good understanding of KPIs
Salary & Benefits
* Annual Base Salary: €23,000
* Language Premium: €3,240/year
* Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross base salary
* Average Monthly Total: €2,356
* Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net, meal card)
* Transportation Bonus: €720/year
