You will assist the Head Chef providing exceptional food quality and presentation. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliOversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production /liliEvaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards /liliEstablish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment /liliProvide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff /li /ulpbr/ppbThe ideal candidate for this Sous Chef position will have: /b /pulliMinimum 5 years of previous experience in a similar role in a high-end high-volume venue. /liliHighly organised with excellent attention to detail. /liliAdvanced knowledge of South American and Nikkei cuisine. /liliExcellent communication skills.
