Job Description: HR Management Professional

Since its inception in 1997 as Athletes World, AW LAB is part of the Bata group, a leader in the footwear industry with over 5,000 stores worldwide. AW LAB offers a wide collection of sneakers from renowned international sports brands, exclusive collaborations, apparel, and accessories.

Currently, BATA Spain and AW LAB Spain are seeking a dedicated HR Management professional to oversee HR processes for their Spanish employees, supporting a period of significant network expansion through direct shops and franchises.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage onboarding, orientation, and training for new employees
* Maintain accurate employee records and monitor attendance
* Manage timekeeping systems and assist with payroll and benefits
* Ensure compliance with labor and safety regulations
* Assist in HR audits and implement company HR policies
* Handle HR documentation and oversee staff recruitment and selection
* Collaborate with store management to identify staffing needs
* Organize training and development activities for store staff
Core Competencies
* Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in multinational environments
* Consistent delivery aligned with departmental priorities and deadlines
* Attention to detail and quality in task execution
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
* Proactive, hands-on attitude
Language Proficiency
* Catalan
* Spanish
* Italian (preferred but not mandatory)
Location
* Potential for hybrid work, combining on-site and remote work after initial training
