We are looking for a talented part‐time Team Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at our shop in Playa de Palma as soon as possible.

As a part‐time Team Assistant (m/f/d), you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing proactive support to the team.
Your key responsibilities
- Professional office management (phone, coordination of appointments, correspondence, other administrative tasks)
- Support of business appointments and events
- Implementation of sales and marketing activities
- Creation of property profiles and other documentation
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable studies desirable
- First professional experience in administrative positions
- Excellent German and English skills, good Spanish skills (indispensable!)
- Experience working with MS‐Office and preferably with CRM‐systems
- High level of commitment, organization and multitasking
- Independent way of working and proactivity
- A keen eye for detail combined with a talent and passion for writing
- Very good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit
- Good‐natured conduct, a confident, friendly manner and a professional appearance
- Ideally, you are already a resident of Mallorca and dispose of regional knowledge
