Establish and implement process control plans to include capability studies, gage repeatability and reproducibility (Gage R&R) studies.Lead Process audits and Process FMEAs.Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector.Monitor production floor processes for conformance to control plans and internal customer requirements.Manage derogations with ederogation platform.Lead continuous improvement on its production lines.Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector.
