Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead. The Technical Lead will oversee project technical progress, advise on technical aspects throughout various stages, and ensure the development team meets quality and profitability expectations.
The role involves identifying gaps, recommending solutions, serving as a technical reference with deep platform knowledge, and guiding team development. Collaboration with the Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and Client Lead is essential.
Main Responsibilities
* Support commercial and functional teams with solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
* Lead technical aspects of projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and cost adherence.
* Manage technical risks and ensure quality standards.
* Supervise effort estimates and technical documentation delivery.
* Provide effort estimations and collaborate on project demos.
* Identify opportunities for Up & Cross Selling and methodological improvements.
* Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.
Team and Training
* Share technical knowledge within Omega's community of practice.
* Mentor and train team members to enhance technical skills.
Skills & Requirements
* Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
* Experience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects.
* Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
* Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
* High proficiency in English.
