From Temporing Barcelona we select a Iberia Customer Logistics Support (Pharma) for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Sant Joan Despí.
Tasks
* Perform inventory reconciliations between stock held at 3PL warehouses and internal records in SAP, resolving discrepancies, collaborating with relevant teams, and posting inventory adjustments when required.
* Monitor interface messages and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
* Support distribution activities for the Canary Islands, including export documentation.
* Act as point of contact for warehouses and carriers regarding operational issues.
* Monitor outbound deliveries and logistics movements to ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDP.
* Track last-mile transportation KPIs to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Background or experience in distribution logistics or transportation.
* SAP user knowledge and strong Excel skills.
* Intermediate English level.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
