Job Description
Poste basé à Barcelone, Espagne
This role will primarily focus on providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients across Spain.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on-site for industrial equipment and systems
Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on various types of machinery
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Create detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation of all field activities
Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product designs and service procedures
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements
Travel extensively within Spain and occasionally to other European countries as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in field service engineering, preferably in an industrial setting
Advanced technical knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable
In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment and systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel extensively within Spain and occasionally to other European countries
Valid driving licence and passport
