You won’t just follow up; you will act as a strategic problem-solver, identifying lost opportunities within our funnel and turning stalled leads into customers. Are you ready for this thrilling challenge? As a Sales Onboarding Specialist, your missions will be to: Identify and prioritize dropped leads within our CRM, using data-driven insights to pinpoint prospects who showed initial interest but stalled during the onboarding journey. Re-engage high-potential prospects through highly personalized multi-channel outreach (email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.) to understand their specific blockers. Handle objections and solve problems on the fly, providing the specific information or support needed to close the deal. Partner with Growth, Product & Ops teams to build a seamless user experience, sharing direct field feedback to eliminate recurring friction points and optimize the overall drop-off process. Drive conversion and activation metrics, handling the “last mile” of the sales cycle to ensure maximum ROI on our lead generation efforts.
