The successful candidate will bring a background in luxury, a deep understanding of current trends, including AI, and a relentless commitment to innovation.This is a unique opportunity for an organised, creative, and solutions-driven professional to take ownership of marketing operations and strategic creative output for one of Marbella's leading luxury real estate brands.Creation of the Marketing Plan: Develop comprehensive, innovative, and market-leading annual and campaign-specific marketing plans.Creative & Innovative Leadership: Serve as the strategic creative driver, consistently injecting new, bold ideas to ensure our marketing stands significantly above the average and is distinctive within the luxury market.Trend & AI Integration: Stay on top of all current marketing and design trends, with specific expertise in leveraging AI technologies to enhance efficiency, personalise campaigns, and generate cutting-edge content and strategy.
You must be AI knowledgeable and proficient at working with it.Research & Insights: Conduct thorough market, competitor, and consumer research to inform strategy and identify new opportunities for growth and brand distinction.Project Management & Flawless ExecutionExecution with Expert Team: Work collaboratively with our expert marketing team and external partners to lead the execution of all marketing initiatives.Deadline Management: Ensure deadlines are met with precision, driving the entire team to deliver high-quality output on time.Establish and Own Workflow: Implement, manage, and track the marketing department's centralised project management system for all initiatives.Traffic Control: Act as the department's traffic manager, managing the intake, prioritisation, and scheduling of all work requests in collaboration with the Marketing Director.Accountability & Follow-Up: Serve as the primary driver of execution, constantly monitoring project status, proactively identifying roadblocks, and consistently following up.Design Knowledge & Oversight: Utilise your knowledge within design to oversee the visual quality and branding consistency across all assets, and assist with layout and visual formatting as needed.
