Reemoon is looking for a field service engineer (After-Sales Engineer) based in Spain. As a Field service Engineer(After-Sales Engineer), you'll be a critical technical resource and a strategic partner for our clients for the long-term, working closely with customers to ensure the successful installation, commissioning, repair, inspection, maintenance and ongoing optimization of our product. This is an opportunity for someone passionate about machine and the automation sector who enjoys solving challenging problems in the fruit sorting equipment. Perform maintenance, regular inspections, and servicing of company-delivered equipment.Responsible for the installation, acceptance, and on-site operation training of new equipment.Provide on-site support for company's major projects.Conduct regular customer follow-ups to monitor equipment performance and address service needs.
Major in Mechanical engineering, Automation or a related field.Previous experience in a Field service engineer(After-Sales Engineer) or similar position.Extensive experience in in automated production lines, particularly in fruit sorting equipment, bottled beverage packaging lines, and logistics automation systems.Available to work full time without restrictions.
