Marketplace Account Manager
to join
Leroy Merlin Spain
and play a key role in growing and supporting our sellers, boosting performance, and shaping the future of online home retail.This is your chance to join a fast-moving, purpose-driven, and international team that’s reimagining how people shop for and experience home living.WHAT WE OFFERYou will be welcomed into a dynamic and international environment ranked among the best places to work by Forbes.You will develop your professional career thanks to tailor-made training programmes (including a Marketplace bootcamp and store discovery training).You will be part of a open environment, where you will be able to propose ideas and initiatives and play a leading role in the Group's digital and omnichannel transformation.You will create your own network of supplier partner portfolios that will be incorporated into the Marketplace.You will be able to work in hybrid mode (two days per week).You will further connect with your team through team buildings at national and international level.MISSIONProspect the market to identify, prioritise and manage a sales pipeline, lead negotiations and recruit high potential sellers in the Marketplace.Establish strong relationships with new sellers and provide them with data-driven insights and solid service to help them grow their business on the Leroy Merlin Marketplace.Monitor and analyse seller performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to increase customer satisfaction, profitability and operational performance.Coordinate and manage projects across the organisation (IT, Retail, Stores, Finance, etc.) and communicate with internal and external parties, meeting tight deadlines for high visibility projects.Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities to improve our offering and stay ahead of the competition.WHO YOU ARE/YOUR PROFILE2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce, FMCG or retail.Commercial and analytical skills.Interpersonal and relational skills.Eager to learn.Highly organised and results-oriented with a high degree of responsibility.Fluency in English and Spanish.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.Knowledge of the e-commerce sector and Marketplace platforms is highly valued .The position is located in our offices in Madrid (Alcobendas), and we are looking forward to having you join our team!
