Responsibilities
* Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as Daily stand‑ups, Sprint retrospectives, and Sprint Review.
* Proactively assist in removing obstacles for the development team and use escalation paths when needed.
* Work closely with development and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure the sprint goal is understood and priorities are aligned with the project vision.
* Assist Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and support product refinement.
* Provide progress updates to various reporting/governance forums and keep delivery roadmaps up to date.
* Coach the team and the management team on Agile principles; offer thought leadership.
* Also serve in the UK Public Cloud CoE collaboration.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role.
* Experience with Agile techniques (User Stories, TDD, BDD, Continuous Testing, etc.).
* Previous involvement in IT delivery projects.
* Excellent communication, mentoring, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
* English proficiency at least C1.

Desirable Skills
* Some knowledge of Spanish.

* Experience in the financial services industry, preferably with cloud.
