Responsibilities:
Providing nursing care in a small-scale private clinic
Support detox and recovery programs for addiction, burnout and depression
Coaching clients on behavior change and self-direction
Identify medical and psychosocial needs; report to multidisciplinary team
Active participation in 24-hour presence and ensuring a safe, familiar environment
Thinking along and contributing to improvement of treatment and coaching offerings
Qualities:
Proactive, solution-oriented and not afraid to take initiative
Integrity, trustworthiness and integrity in your professional attitude
Empathic ability with excellent communication skills
Bilingual: fluent in Dutch and English
Experience counseling people with addiction, burnout and/or depression
Affinity for a holistic, personalized approach
Flexible and willing to stay in Spain temporarily
Creative thinking and innovativeness within the healthcare environment
Required Education:
Diploma in nursing at level 4 (or higher)
