Field Service Specialist – Iberia (Field Based)
Responsible for customer satisfaction in after‑sales service, supporting the installation, maintenance, and technical assistance of CTS products. Works closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure high‑quality service and promote business opportunities.
Responsibilities
* On‑site technical support (installation, maintenance, repair)
* Management and resolution of complex technical issues
* Support for distributors, service partners, and end customers
* Technical and product training
* Coordination with internal teams (sales, customer service, remote support)
* Incident management and CRM updates (Salesforce / Siroforce)
* Participation in events and trade shows
* Reporting and performance tracking activities
Requirements
* Experience in field technical service (preferably in the dental sector)
* Technical knowledge (IT, electronics, electromechanical systems)
* Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
* Experience with CRM tools
* Technical education (engineering or similar)
* Fluent Spanish, basic English (other languages are a plus)
* Availability to travel (4–5 nights/month across Iberia)
* Driving license
