You will lead the evolution of the hospital treatment pathway program to alleviate capacity bottlenecks in EU hospitals, ensuring safe and effective patient care while driving growth of TAVI programs with the SAPIEN platform. You’ll oversee initiatives within the marketing team and advance Edwards’ strategic pillar to optimize TAVI programs and hospital growth. You’ll coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage program faculty relationships, and communicate impact to external stakeholders and internal teams. This role combines strategic development, program management, and cross-border collaboration to shape outcomes across Europe.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master with significant work experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare with a strong program management component
• 10 years of related experience (Bachelor) or 6 years (Master)
• Significant strategy, hospital program management, and healthcare industry experience (medical devices, pharma, or hospitals)
• Ability to engage professionally with all organizational levels and healthcare professionals
• Experience in Global/Regional/Local marketing environments
• Proven track record of delivering large or multiple programs and influencing business xpzdshu outcomes
• Strong analytical and project management skills with execution leadership
• Fluent in English; multiple European languages preferred
• Experience in program development and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to represent leadership and manage messaging to upper management
