Responsibilities

* Meticulously organize and plan the daily work schedules and routes for our team of drivers.
* Strategically assign transport services based on the specific type of reservation, vehicle requirements, and current driver availability.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the entire traffic department to ensure smooth, uninterrupted daily operations.
* Monitor ongoing services and adjust plans dynamically to meet the immediate needs of the business.
Qualifications

* Proven previous experience working in administrative roles, ideally with some exposure to logistics or transport coordination.
* Upper-intermediate level of English (required to communicate effectively with international clients or partners visiting Mallorca).
* Fluency in Spanish to manage daily operational communication with drivers and local staff.
* Possession of your own personal vehicle (mandatory for commuting to the workplace in Polígon Son Oms).
* Complete flexibility to work in rotating shifts, specifically covering either morning schedules from 8:00 to 16:00, or afternoon and evening schedules from 16:00 to 24:00.
* Required languages: Spanish, English.
