Your missionReporting to the Sales Management, you are responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts within your assigned territory, covering Southern Spain. You play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long-term customers.
In this context, your main responsibilities are:Analyze your territory and identify business opportunitiesActively prospecting by phone, email, LinkedIn, visits, networking and eventsOrganize trade routes and generate qualified meetingsConduct product demonstrations and defend the client's value propositionManage the full business cycle to closeMaintain a structured activity, with good use of CRM, regular reporting and KPI monitoringBe fluent in using digital tools, business software and internal processesWorking with structured methods and collaborative tools such as NotionShare market feedback and collaborate with internal teamsRepresent the brand at congresses, fairs and events
Your profileYou have a successful background in B2B field sales, with a strong focus on new business development, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
Minimum 5 years of commercial experience preferredProfessional level of English & Spanish requiredHunter profile with the ability to open up the marketExperience in prospecting and development of new accountsConvenience with technical products, software or value-added solutionsVery good organization, autonomy and orientation to resultsHigh affinity with technology and ease of working with digital toolsAbility to adapt quickly to a dynamic and changing environmentPractical, flexible mindset and start-up spiritWillingness to travel across Southern Spain
Salary & benefits : 35,000€ fixed salary gross per year, up to 20,000€, company car provided
