We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to join our senior delivery team — someone who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments and takes a proactive, ownership-driven approach to delivery. This is a full-time remote role based in Spain, with ad-hoc travel across the UK & Europe depending on client needs.

You’ll lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery in an Agile environment, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams. This isn’t a role for someone who waits for direction — you’ll be expected to anticipate challenges, drive clarity, and keep momentum high across every stage of delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing

* Own and lead Salesforce project delivery from discovery through to release and beyond
* Run delivery using Agile methodologies, ensuring ceremonies are effective and outcomes-focused
* Come prepared to all engagements with clear objectives, structure, and direction
* Proactively manage risks, blockers, and dependencies — escalating early and driving resolution
* Communicate progress, updates, and issues transparently to clients and internal teams
* Balance delivery quality with commercial realities (scope, timelines, effort), making smart trade-offs where needed
* Maintain strong client presence, building confidence and momentum through consistent, engaged interaction
* Ensure adherence to delivery standards and processes, while continuously improving how we work
* Align work to client outcomes and priorities, not just task completion

What We’re Looking For

* Strong professional xpzdshu proficiency in English is mandatory
* Strong experience in project management within a consultancy or client-facing environment
* Proven track record delivering Salesforce (or similar CRM) implementations
* Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery models
* A proactive, ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
* Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity for teams and clients
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
* Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability
* Comfortable working remotely with occasional client travel
