We are currently looking for a Project Development Controller professional to join our subsidiary in METKA EGN.
Your role will encompass: Holistic Project Support: Provide comprehensive support across all project phases, from planning to monitoring and control, ensuring a seamless project portfolio management process.
2. Alignment Assurance: Verify and guarantee the economic, physical, and temporal alignment of the portfolio, ensuring cohesion in project development, management, and control systems.
3. Consistency Oversight: Supervise to ensure consistency between project development, management practices, and the alignment of control systems.
4. Progress Monitoring and Financial Oversight: Monitor the development progress of the portfolio, overseeing related payments like land lease, municipal taxes, and milestone payments.
5. Budget Definition and Capitalization Management: Supervise and ensure the definition and creation of RSD budgets and capitalizations within the portfolio.
6. Operational Reporting Enhancement: Ensure accurate and timely project reporting through the implementation of operational dashboards.
7. Strategic Support for RSD Activities: Provide support to the RSD structure in activities related to business plan preparation, forecasting, financial statements, and monthly reporting both internally and externally.
8. Risk Management Oversight: Supervise and take responsibility for the risk management process within the portfolio, ensuring a robust risk management framework.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's degree in Economy, Engineering, Business Administration, and related fields At least 2 years in similar position Knowledge of renewable energy, utility, and market Analytical skills to collate and generate reports for top management Fluency in English is considered a mandatory.
