At iPremom, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and positioning of our healthcare solutions.
You will join an innovative environment, working on a highly technical product with a direct impact on end users, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the product strategy aligned with company objectives.
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
* Translate technical knowledge into clear and compelling commercial messaging.
* Develop high-quality commercial materials (presentations, sales tools, dossiers).
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to strengthen product positioning.
* Lead the company’s presence at congresses and scientific events.
* Support key client meetings and complex sales processes.
* Identify and drive improvements in product positioning and value proposition.
* Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate and clear communication of scientific content.
* Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvement actions.
* Ensure brand and message consistency across all customer touchpoints.
* Travel regularly to stay close to the market and support commercial activities.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or similar.
* 4–7 years of experience in product, marketing, or commercial roles within healthcare or technical environments.
* Experience with medical devices, diagnostics, genetics, or complex technical services.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset.
* Organized, proactive, and adaptable.
* Experience in international or cross-functional environments is a plus.
* Intermediate level of English is desirable.
