In this role you will lead a development team to deliver high-quality software while upholding architectural standards and secure coding practices. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to shape technical design, drive continuous improvement, and support product delivery. You’ll own sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and production issue debugging, influencing both engineering practices and product outcomes. This position offers ownership, collaboration, and the opportunity to impact complex software solutions in a dynamic environment.

• Unit and integration testing
• Knowledge xpzdshu of SOLID and Clean Code
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Code generation and AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Clause Code)
• Understanding of agentic systems, LLM basics, prompting
• Secure coding principles (OWASP)
• OAUTH and OIDC understanding
