About the role
We’re looking for a Tech Project Manager who’s excited to drive our tech initiatives forward. If you enjoy keeping teams aligned, delivering projects on time, and combining agile best practices with hands-on collaboration, this could be your next opportunity.
As Tech Project Manager, you’ll coordinate developers, manage priorities, and make sure everyone has what they need to deliver their best work — while keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.
️ Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of tech projects.
* Plan sprints, facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros).
* Own task tracking, reporting, and backlog management in Jira.
* Act as the bridge between the tech team and business stakeholders.
* Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
* Mentor and support team members while maintaining effective communication.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).
* 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in tech environments.
* Hands-on experience managing projects with Jira.
* Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
* Strong communication and organizational skills — you keep everyone aligned and on track.
* Fluency in Spanish and English
* Technical background or IT industry knowledge.
Nice to have: Familiarity with PHP and the Symfony framework.
