We are looking for a Senior Consultant specialized in organizational and governance models for our Consulting team in the Strategy and Operations area in Bilbao.
Responsibilities as project manager include :
* Governance models and organizational designs for both private and public clients.
* Analysis and optimization of organizational processes.
* Lean implementations in process improvement.
* Quality systems projects.
* Working for international top clients in their sector.

ABOUT YOU
Apply if you…
* Have at least 4 years of experience in the sector.
* Hold a Superior Degree, Master, or Postgraduate degree in the field.
* Are fluent in English (C1 level) and have a second language (French or German).
* Have great capacity for analysis, communication, and problem-solving.
* Are results-oriented.
* Demonstrate leadership and initiative.
* Have valuable experience in consulting or a company in the sector, working on a project basis.
* Possess the ability to work in a team, autonomy, flexibility, technical rigor, and international vocation.
