Business Analyst / Project Manager Opportunity at Omega CRM Consulting
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Project Manager to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the project scope, timelines, and communications as a project manager.
* Work with service owners, product owners, and the delivery unit to identify project requirements and ensure it meets its desired objectives and outcomes as a business analyst.
* Oversee operational tasks for Service Ops Platforms.
* Support day-to-day operations of Service Ops Platforms.
* Assist with onboarding and training process for Production Partners.
Experience and Skills:
* Prior experience in Project Management and Business Analyst roles within the IT sector.
* Expertise in service operations processes, including global, customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
* Familiarity with service operation tools, specifically JIRA and Service Now.
* Exceptional Excel skills.
* Previous experience working in SCRUM environments.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
