We are looking for a Group Controller to strengthen our Group Finance team.

The role focuses on group consolidation, financial reporting, and performance analysis in an international, multi-entity environment. You will work closely with the Head of Controlling, gaining strong exposure to group-level topics and progressively taking ownership of reporting and consolidation activities.
This position is designed for a high-potential candidate willing to grow into a senior group controlling role over time.
Key Responsibilities
* Monthly group closing and consolidation
* Support group management reporting and variance analysis
* Budgeting and forecasting support
* Accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of group reporting
* Point of contact for local finance teams
* Compliance with group controlling standards
* Follow-up on reporting timelines and deliverables
* Resolution of reporting issues with senior stakeholders
Experience & Background
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
* 4 – 7 years of experience in controlling or financial activities within companies
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Exposure xohynlm to AI Tools and Data Automation is a plus
* Knowledge of ERP and BI tools is a plus
* Additional languages are a plus
