Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and providing unique customer relationships with a focus on innovation. We are looking for a Technical Lead.


MAIN TASKS :

1. Support sales and functional teams in assigned accounts with technical knowledge: solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
2. Assist the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in technical leadership, providing comprehensive platform knowledge and identifying optimal solutions to meet project requirements.
3. Detect and notify risks related to project/client profitability.
4. Ensure smooth project progress regarding scope, schedule, and costs, alerting on deviations.
5. Achieve technical objectives of the project.
6. Ensure compliance with Omega's software quality standards.
7. Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
8. Collaborate on project demos for clients.
9. Deliver comprehensive technical documentation.
10. Participate in team development and training, advising on technical skills improvement.
11. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
12. Propose methodological improvements for the technical team.
13. Contribute to Omega's community of practice through thought leadership, training, and mentoring.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

1. At least 3 years in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
2. Experience as a Salesforce.com developer.
3. Knowledge of Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
4. Experience with agile methodologies.
5. Proficiency in English.
