We’re looking for a passionate, data-driven PPC Manager to join our young, ambitious, and dynamic team. You’ll report directly to the CEO and play a key role in driving our paid search strategy, ensuring we continue to crush our performance targets and deliver incredible ROI.

Own the PPC Strategy: Take full control of the PPC budget and P&L, driving revenue, improving profit margins, and ensuring we hit financial goals.
Maximise ROI: Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive positive ROI and strong marketing efficiencies.
Set the Bar High: Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs to ensure consistent campaign optimisation and success.
Monitor and report on campaign performance against key business metrics like CPA, CPC, ROI, LTV, ARPU, ROAS — and adjust strategies accordingly.
Test & Learn: Lead A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
Experience : 3+ years of experience in paid search within the online gambling industry and with Latam exposure.
Data Wizardry: You know how to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
Strong Communicator: You can present performance findings to senior stakeholders.
Understanding of how Paid Search works alongside Organic Search and other performance channels. Be proactive on UX and UA design as well as identifying problems on LPs, Customer Acquisition Funnel, etc.
