To support our Regional Business Solution-EUR Technical & Production team, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Advanced Analytics (Manufacturing).
Position Summary
Join our team as a dynamic Digital Manufacturing Business Analyst, reporting to the Digital Manufacturing & Analytics (DMA) Team Lead for Europe. You will contribute to delivering DMA solutions to Nestlé factories across Europe.
What you'll do
* Report to the DMA Team Lead for Europe and contribute to delivering DMA solutions to Nestlé factories in Europe.
* Provide expertise in PowerBI Analytics, Data Flows, SQL, Cloud, Snowflake, pipelines, etc., focusing on manufacturing metrics such as performance, quality, energy, and process modules.
* Support markets/factories with new implementations, ongoing sustainment, and improvement projects in Advanced Analytics, ensuring projects adhere to timelines.
* Serve as an escalation point for analytics-related issues in markets/factories.
* Offer technical expertise on SQL and database management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the Global Advanced Analytics team and market contacts.
* Provide guidance on complex reporting or technical issues faced by factories.
* Align with the DMA product group strategy to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Lead initiatives in the future of Manufacturing Analytics at Nestlé.
* Collaborate on creating training materials and deliver end-user training.
* Assist in analyzing and resolving product issues in collaboration with the sustain team.
* Coach and guide staff across business and IT organizations to understand business needs and develop suitable solutions aligned with customer objectives and IT strategy.

* At least 6 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
* Strong understanding of PowerBI Analytics, Data Flows, SQL, Cloud solutions (Azure, Snowflake).
* Experience supporting analytics rollouts and working across different time zones.
* Proven project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Experience working with internal or external clients or customers.
* Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments and design thinking methodology.
* Effective communication skills in English at various organizational levels.
