At Izertis, we are looking for SAP Business Analysts with strong expertise across Logistics Execution, Extended Warehouse Management, and Retail Omnichannel processes. You will act as a strategic functional lead, bridging the gap between operational excellence, digital retail experiences, and SAP core systems. Your mission is to ensure seamless end-to-end client and product flows by aligning SAP ERP and SAP SD processes with the sophisticated needs of a global luxury ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): Own the full lifecycle of SAP logistics and retail applications, from requirements gathering and solution design to build, deployment, and operational run.
* SAP Functional Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration in SAP ERP LE, SAP EWM, and SAP SD, ensuring system behavior aligns with business scenarios across Maisons, boutiques, and distribution centers.
* Omnichannel Process Design: Support client journeys such as Click and Collect, Ship-from-Store, and Cross-Maison returns by designing scalable SAP SD and order management flows.
* 3PL and System Integration: Manage functional design and maintenance of interfaces between SAP backends and external logistics partners, ensuring data integrity and real-time visibility.
* Requirement Engineering: Translate complex business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes, maintaining high-quality documentation in Confluence.
* Agile Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the Jira backlog, ensuring user stories are ready for development sprints.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with E-commerce, Logistics, Finance, and Retail Operations teams to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment across the entire supply chain and retail landscape.
* Advanced Troubleshooting: Lead the investigation and resolution of complex issues in multi-system environments, minimizing operational downtime.
Technical Skills
* SAP Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of SAP ERP LE, SAP EWM, and SAP SD (pricing, ATP, order management).
* Omnichannel Logic: Understanding of Distributed Order Management (DOM) and integration between e-commerce platforms and SAP backends.
* Tools: Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and Confluence for functional documentation.
* Testing and Quality: Ability to design and execute UAT scenarios for logistics and retail flows.
* Methodology: Experience working with Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and Waterfall project frameworks.
Soft Skills
* Multicultural Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders across countries, cultures, and time zones.
* High Autonomy: Self-driven and organized professional capable of managing priorities independently in fast-paced environments.
* Conflict Resolution: Strong stakeholder diplomacy skills, able to harmonize requirements across different Maisons and business domains.
* Workshop Leadership: Ability to lead functional workshops, align business expectations, and support long-term product strategy.
Language Requirements
* English: Mandatory. Full professional proficiency required for global collaboration and documentation.
* French: A strong asset, highly valued for interaction with Maison stakeholders and French-speaking teams.
Profile and Qualifications
* University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
* Previous experience as a Business Analyst in SAP environments, ideally within luxury retail, fashion, or global supply chain operations.
* Proven ability to remain structured and methodical while performing hands-on troubleshooting in high-pressure situations.
* Experience supporting international rollouts and complex multi-system landscapes.
