Valeo Martos plant develops and manufactures Lighting Products and Electronics, with around 2,600 employees. Responsibilities
* Product Architect
* In Valeo Martos you will have the opportunity to work with major carmakers in electronics development in an international and multicultural environment.
* Mission: To concept the product including its architecture, external and internal interfaces and reuse components according to Valeo and Automotive Spice System Process standards.
* Your responsibilities:
o Analyze and discuss with international automotive customers for technical topics
o Lead the product architecture definition, providing a product breakdown structure
o Propose physical architecture alternatives and select the best compromise
o Lead Design-to-Cost review
o Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common project goals
o Integration of new automotive technologies in future products
o Management and trade-off of product requirements
o Support new business leading architecture concept definition
Desired skills and experience
* Electronics, Telecommunication, IT, Industrial, Aeronautical Engineering, Physics Degree / Master
* 3 years experience in engineering / scientific field, automotive knowledge desirable
* Knowledge and passion for the automotive industry
* Abstraction capacity, lateral and holistic thinking
* Negotiation English level is mandatory; other languages are an added value
* Experience with spreadsheet tools, advanced user
