Principal Researcher in Organic Chemistry
Responsibilities
* Coordinate a research group of 3 people
* Actively participate in the department's research projects
* Carry out synthesis and full characterization of organic molecules
* Prepare technical reports and scientific publications based on research results
* Write and execute competitive project proposals
Qualifications
* Degree in Chemical Sciences, Master, and PhD in Organic Chemistry
* Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience in chemical development
* Previous experience in research projects
* Experience in organic synthesis
* Experience in analytical techniques such as HPLC-MS, chromatography, elemental analysis, UV‑VIS, FTIR, NMR, etc
* Knowledge of Flow chemistry, electrochemistry, Lignin Chemistry, or Photocatalysis is a plus
