DAC International is seeking an International Sales Manager to drive sustainable and profitable growth for our ophthalmic equipment and AFM portfolio across Europe and Asia, with a secondary focus in Africa and the Middle East.

About the RoleThis role combines strategic account management, new business development, and consultative selling to expand DAC's footprint in the capital equipment and technical services space. The ideal candidate is a self‐starter with experience in capital equipment or B2B technical product sales, fluent in English and either German or French, and capable of working autonomously in a remote setting while traveling 40–60% of the time.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
Expand existing accounts and strategically target competitor accounts.
Manage and nurture long‐term client relationships.
Territory Management
Take full ownership of the Europe & Asia territory, including existing and potential accounts.
Conduct in‐person visits to all key accounts within 4 months of onboarding and maintain regular engagement to generate at least five qualified new opportunities per month.
Forecasting & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) for all leads, prospects, and accounts.
Conduct structured quarterly business reviews for top revenue or strategic accounts.
Maintain a sales pipeline at least 3x the bookings target.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent (Business or Engineering) preferred.
5–8 years proven B2B sales experience, preferably in capital equipment or technical products.
Strong consultative selling and strategic prospecting skills.
Experience with account growth, territory expansion, and pipeline management.
Fluency in English
Self‐motivated, autonomous, and results‐driven.
