Requirements : How will you make a difference?
* Over 5 years of experience developing iOS applications
* Aspired to develop skills towards becoming a Staff or Principal Developer
* Knowledge of defining and implementing software development best practices
* Experience working in agile and dynamic environments
* Ability to promote teamwork and create synergies for continuous improvement
What will you do?
* Oversee external development and maintenance of iOS applications, ensuring quality and efficiency
* Define and implement best practices such as CI / CD, automated testing, and code reviews across projects
* Define and monitor metrics to evaluate application health : performance, stability, and code quality
* Develop tools and components for horizontal use across multiple applications
* Collaborate with the Product team to define and estimate new features and products
* Foster team unity to ensure everyone feels part of the project and company
