Marketing and Communications Manager global We are looking for a senior marketing and communications professional with solid experience in industrial environments, preferably within the automotive or e-mobility sectors. This person will be responsible for leading the global brand and communications strategy, with a hands-on approach to campaign execution, lead generation, public relations, and events.The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong execution skills. You will work closely with the Marketing Director, managing external agencies and collaborating with technical teams to position the brand and generate business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement the global marketing and communications plan.Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels.Create engaging content for digital campaigns, social media, newsletters, presentations, videos, and corporate materials.Manage the brand’s digital and offline presence.Lead the calendar of physical and virtual events (trade shows, conferences, etc.).Develop lead generation strategies aligned with business objectives.Coordinate PR activities and relationships with media and industry influencers.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare efficiency and ROI reports.Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand products and their value propositions.Required ProfileDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
