Pentasia are supporting a rapidly growing Adult Entertainment Platform in their search for a Community Manager. In this role, you'll lead and grow highly engaged communities across Discord, Telegram, Reddit and other digital platforms. Developing strategic content and structured engagement frameworks to drive participation. Using automation and data driven monetization, you will turn these communities into engines of retention, revenue and organic growth.

Core Responsibilities
* Build and manage highly engaged online communities across multiple platforms.
* Create and maintain content calendars and engagement frameworks.
* Convert community participation into paid adoption.
* Launch exclusive access initiatives and gated campaigns.
* Implement automation, role systems, engagement mechanics, and moderation tools.
* Reduce churn through structured community activation strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile
* 3+ years of experience managing and scaling large online communities
* Demonstrated experience building and growing communities on Discord, Telegram, and Reddit
* Proven ability to convert community engagement into revenue through structured monetization strategies
* Strong technical proficiency with community tools, automation, role systems, and moderation frameworks
* Hands on, start up oriented operator with a data driven and performance focused approach
