Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
* Develop procurement strategies supporting business needs.
* Manage packaging material supply, mitigate risks through innovative solutions with partners.
* Monitor supplier capacity and capability, including mould utilisation, to ensure supply continuity.
* Oversee mould health, refurbishment projects, and capex management.
* Lead and support negotiations at global and regional levels.
* Execute contracts, leveraging business and digital tools.
* Monitor market conditions, lead price forecasting for budgeting.
* Contribute to packaging sustainability goals, including NDPE and plastic reduction.
* Deliver cost savings and value creation.
* Optimize packaging design for cost-effectiveness and functionality.
* Implement value chain projects to enhance efficiency.
* Build strategic supplier relationships as a partner of choice.
* Drive supplier innovation ideas to market.
* Collaborate with R&D and technical teams for integrated programs.
* Ensure resilient and efficient supply chains.
* Manage portfolio complexity and adopt digital strategies.
* Maintain high supplier service and quality standards.
* Act as a key interface with suppliers, demonstrating procurement value.

Experiences & Qualifications
* At least three years in procurement or supply chain, preferably in FMCG.
* Experience in supplier management and negotiations.
* Knowledge of cost modeling and contracting strategies.
* Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a global virtual team.
* Advanced Excel and analytics skills.
* Professional negotiation techniques.

* Hybrid work model: 2-3 days remote per week.
