It is a mid-sized organization with a strong focus on quality and excellence in its services.Job Description- Lead and oversee the HR strategy for several properties within the region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.- Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Committee, providing insights, recommendations, and data-driven HR solutions.- Build strong relationships with General Managers and leadership teams, offering guidance and support on all HR matters.- Drive talent acquisition, retention, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.- Strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement within a service-oriented, high-performance environment.- Manage labor relations, legal compliance, and workforce planning across all properties.- Implement HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and operational excellence.- Lead HR teams across the portfolio, promoting a supportive, empowering, and people-focused leadership style.The Successful Applicant- 10+ years of HR leadership experience in multi-property or multi-site environments, ideally within the hospitality sector.- Proven strategic thinking with the ability to balance high-level vision and hands-on execution.- Strong interpersonal skills and credibility to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and the Executive Committee.- Demonstrated track record in talent development, organizational transformation, and leadership coaching.- Excellent communication skills;
