Are You Up for the Challenge?

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key player in helping global tech leaders expand their sales pipelines. Using our proven

* value-based selling methodology
* you’ll identify and nurture potential leads, ensuring our clients connect with the right decision-makers.

Your Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation – Research and identify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

Lead Qualification – Assess the potential fit of leads based on budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.

Sales Pipeline Management – Track and manage the sales funnel, ensuring leads progress efficiently through the sales process.

Sales Support – Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads.

Data Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.

Reporting & Analysis – Generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.

Continuous Learning – Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

What You Need to Succeed

Location : Barcelona based or remote

Experience :

* Proven experience in outbound lead generation, ideally in an agency setting as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.
* Hands-on experience with sales engagement tools like Lemlist is a strong plus.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; more senior profiles are highly encouraged to apply.
* Native or full competency in French or German
* Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus .

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills : Strong business communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Mindset : Proactive, results-driven, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Availability to work under a freelancer agreement.

* Tech Savvy : Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
