Key Responsibilities
* Lead the creation and execution of face‑to‑face, virtual, and hybrid events across MSM countries.
* Oversee speaker and attendee management, including approvals, setup, and workflow configuration.
* Manage contracting processes, including integration with the International Contract Database (ICD).
* Ensure accurate attendance tracking, broadcasting, and post‑event documentation.
* Train and onboard new users, providing them the foundation to perform their role.
Event Systems & Strategic Enablement
* Optimize use of EMEA event tools (e.g., Cvent, JMC eEvents, Quick Events, Zoom) and ensure seamless integration with CRM platforms.
* Set and manage local approval flows, mandatory fields, and unlock requests for events and attendees.
* Track and report on event performance, including Healthcare Payment Review (HPR) sync and compliance.
OpCo Partnership & Voice of Customer
* Serve as the primary event interface to local OpCos, ensuring alignment of event strategies with local market needs and compliance standards.
* Establish and lead a Voice of Customer (VoC) network to gather feedback from event stakeholders and field teams.
* Translate local insights into event system enhancements, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
* Promote cross‑market collaboration, sharing best practices and harmonizing event operations across MSM.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with CRM Admin, Medical, Commercial, and Market Access leads to ensure integrated event execution.
* Collaborate with Analytics and Digital Multichannel teams to support event‑related campaign tracking and multichannel activity measurement.
* Support content‑related activities such as eDetails, Approved Emails, and Single Document Publishing for event communications.
* Translate OpCo platform requests into functional event requirements, supporting change management, UAT, and training.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
* Ensure compliance with Healthcare Business Integrity, GDPR, Consent Management, and other relevant regulations.
* Oversee HPR tracking, incident management, and mandatory compliance fields.
* Lead strategic initiatives such as JO.E UI, TESS/Cvent integration, and Field Force Push Notifications.
* Engage with HCC, Legal, and Privacy teams to uphold corporate responsibility standards in event operations.
Role Requirement
* Strong understanding of event lifecycle management, including planning, execution, speaker setup, and post‑event reporting.
* Experience with event platforms and tools such as Cvent, JMC eEvents, Quick Events, Zoom, and their integration with Veeva CRM.
* Knowledge of Healthcare Payment Review (HPR) processes and compliance requirements for speaker and attendee engagements.
* Familiarity with contracting workflows, including use of the International Contract Database (ICD).
* Ability to manage event segmentation, targeting, and attendee personas to support strategic engagement.
* Skilled in content and communication management for events, including broadcasting, eDetails, and Approved Emails.
* Understanding of GDPR, consent management, and regulatory frameworks relevant to event operations.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret event performance data, attendance metrics, and campaign impact.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross‑functional and multicultural environments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event reporting tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a regulated, fast‑paced environment.
