Our client is an international group undergoing a major digital transformation project within the art and auction industry. The company is building a new digital ecosystem, including a marketplace and CRM infrastructure, which is expected to become the main revenue channel in the coming years.
Backed by an ambitious growth strategy, the business is expanding its footprint across Europe through acquisitions and organic growth, while building a best-in-class digital team.
Reporting to the digital leadership team, the Account Manager will play a key role in sourcing, onboarding, and managing partners within the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and engaging European‑based companies within the art and luxury sectors (galleries, antique dealers, auction houses, luxury vintage sellers, etc.)
Recruiting partners into the marketplace ecosystem and supporting their onboarding
Managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring performance, engagement, and growth (approx. xhfqzwm 60% of the role)
Supporting partners operationally (e.G., catalogue uploads, platform usage) and strategically (e.G., assortment optimization, sales performance)
Analyzing partner catalogues and identifying improvement opportunities
Contributing to cross‑functional projects (approx. 40% of the role), collaborating with Product, BI, and other teams
Providing market insights and supporting the development of the digital marketplace strategy
