Responsibilities
- Support the integral Organizational & Development team with change management activities to ensure sustainable change and data management.
- Provide and analyze data for decision-making.
- Assist in translating organizational design and accurately tracking data.
- Contribute to ensuring the proper landing of One DBS organizational design and its adjustments through solid change management-related activities.
About You
- You are currently studying or have completed a degree in ADE, CTA, Technical Engineering, Business, or a similar field.
- You have analytical capacity.
- You have strong communication skills.
- You are fluent in English.
- Your Excel level is high.
- You are eager to learn in a multinational environment.
