With offices worldwide and based in Barcelona, we are looking for an accountable and focused FP&A; Analyst to support our IT and Global Headquarters cost management. Provide management with analysis and insights regarding the performance of IT and Global HQ cost areas. Prepare budgets and latest estimates for IT and Global HQ. Produce and analyse monthly P&L; results, collaborating with relevant teams to understand performance drivers. Manage monthly accruals and cost allocations across marketing, entities, brands, and in various local currencies. Support FP&A; activities through sales analysis and ad‑hoc financial modelling. Perform ad‑hoc analyses as required or proactively initiated. At least 3 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Experience in IT business partnering is highly desirable. Strong ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non‑finance stakeholders. High proficiency in working with large datasets and advanced Excel skills. Strong technical accounting knowledge with an analytical and process‑oriented mindset. Fluency in English and Spanish.
