In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of large-scale performance marketing campaigns, work closely with our game and creative teams, and leverage data-driven insights to scale our portfolio globally. If you thrive at the intersection of creativity and analytics, and want to be part of a fast-moving team that lives and breathes games, Moonee is the place for you.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel UA campaigns (including Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity, AppLovin, DSPs, and emerging channels).Manage and scale blended campaigns across paid and organic, ensuring optimal spend allocation and sustainable ROAS/LTV.Collaborate with product, data, and creative teams to align UA strategies with game performance, testing roadmaps, and market trends.Analyze cohort data, retention, and monetization metrics to refine acquisition strategies and maximize portfolio growth.Own UA reporting, forecasting, and budget management, presenting clear insights and recommendations to leadership.Qualifications2+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition within gaming for products with over 30% IAP.Proven track record of scaling blended campaigns and managing multi-million-dollar monthly budgets.Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), attribution modeling, and data visualization tools.Expertise in cross-channel media buying, creative testing frameworks, and campaign automation.Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
