**People & Organization (P&O;) at TecAlliance**
Our 25+ global P&O; colleagues work across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and People Services — shaping the employee experience from start to finish.
The People Development function is a strategic sub-team within P&O; that’s focused on driving L&D; and talent management initiatives to support our "One TecAlliance" vision.
Charmilla and Katherine are in the transformative stages of shaping the People Development function and are excited to take it to the next level — and that’s where you come in. With momentum from our global HRIS rollout (Dayforce), this newly created role will support key learning initiatives and reports functionally to Charmilla.
Our learning strategy is built around five key pillars, and your work will make a direct impact across all of them:
**Leader Readiness**:
We invest in developing strong, future-focused leadership that inspires a learning culture.
You will coordinate the design and rollout of executive leadership development and our Leadership Assessment Center.
**Navigating Constant Change**:
We are building the infrastructure needed to support a resilient learning culture in a rapidly evolving environment.
You will coordinate the launch and implementation of our Performance Management module, including standards and real-time support for leaders.
You will also support the build-out of the Dayforce Onboarding module.
**A Global Vision for Capability Building**:
We believe in sharing knowledge across borders and working collaboratively on a global scale.
You will coordinate the Upskilling Program for the general P&O; community.
**Desire to Learn and Grow**:
We aim to enable our people by supporting them in their growth and development journey.
You will help implement onboarding and upskilling initiatives that empower our employees.
**Fair and Inclusive Learning Opportunities**:

You will serve as a central contact for ad hoc L&D; support and ensure process alignment across the team.
**What You'll Be Driving**:
- Coordinating up to 10 Leadership Assessments
- Launching Performance Management in 5 business units
- Supporting global job mapping efforts
- Building and scaling onboarding and feedback training programs
**What Success Looks Like**:
**Your Profile**:
- Solid experience in an L&D; coordination or project support role, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Proven track record of managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and keeping stakeholders aligned
- Experience with HRIS systems (Dayforce is a plus), and an eagerness to deepen your digital skills
- Strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to navigate structural complexity with patience and persistence
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher). German, Spanish, or Dutch is an advantage

- This role is offered as a 12-month contract. While we hope and aim for an extension, at this time only a 12-month duration has been formally approved. This refers solely to the contract length and is not related to your probation period.
