PWe are seeking to bring on board two Sales Development Representatives fluent in English as well as Spanish proficiency. /ppAre you an outbound hunter who would like to join a fast-growing SaaS company that drives the decarbonization of construction and manufacturing industries? You might be just what we are searching for! /ppWe are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to prospect for new opportunities and execute campaigns to the existing customer base as well as new client acquisition. /ppYou will join the global Business Development team and report directly to our Sales Director for Western Europe. You will work closely with our global business development team as well as the wider company to drive demand and help the business development team expand the business. This role will be responsible for rapidly growing opportunities and collaborating internally to maximise them in this fast-growing market. /ppbr/ppYou will join a supportive, effective, and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly work environment. You will be working with cutting-edge tools and a team of world-class professionals around the globe to solve one of the world’s biggest challenges. /ppThis full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in Western Europe, preferably Spain. /ppbr/ppWhat you will do: /ppQualify inbound leads using the BANT qualification method and hand them over to Business Development Managers. /ppConduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads through various channels, including emails and social media. /ppTarget and establish direct contact with prospects. /ppProvide a concise value proposition and position One Click LCA as a potential trusted advisor to our customers. /ppDocument and create opportunities using Salesforce - our CRM system. /ppProvide clear visibility of pipeline, opportunities and all business development activities. /ppWork closely with regional Business Development teams, Marketing and Customer Success. /ppBuild and nurture relationships with prospective clients, creating a positive first impression. /ppResearch and identify key decision-makers within target companies to understand their business needs and challenges. /ppBe an active member of the Global Business Development team, contribute and help build global best practices. /ppbr/ppWhat you need: /pp1-2 years of experience in outbound sales for high-growth SaaS environments. /ppKnowledge of prospecting tools such as Zoominfo, Sales Navigator and others is a plus. /ppSelf-motivated and results-orientated with a drive to get things done and overcome challenges. /ppAbility to manage a changing workload and remain proactive at all times. /ppClear, direct, timely and relevant communication style and good cooperation skills. /ppUnderstanding of and passion for sustainability. Demonstrable ability to get up to speed with the sector is more important than prior experience. /ppFluency in English as it is our working language as well Spanish or Italian are seen as a plus. /ppbr/ppMayflower is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. /p
