What are we looking for?
As an Account Manager at Blue, you will oversee the onboarding process, ensure ongoing client satisfaction, maintain accurate data, and help coordinate tasks between departments to support campaign performance in the iGaming industry. You will join a client and sales-oriented team that values excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
1. Client onboarding:
o Welcome new clients and guide them through onboarding.
o Collect and validate advertising campaign details and legal documentation.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Maintain regular communication with iGaming clients to ensure satisfaction and address needs or concerns.
o Act as the voice of the client internally, sharing feedback and requirements with relevant teams.
3. Cross-department Communication:
o Coordinate between Sales, Performance, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery on client requests and campaign updates.
4. Data Management and Reporting:
o Request and verify monthly approved sales data from clients.
o Update and maintain accurate client records and communications in the CRM system daily.
o Assist in preparing recurring reports using CRM data.
5. Task Coordination:
o Help organize and prioritize tasks across the department to support Sales and Performance initiatives.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing (retargeting or iGaming experience is a strong plus).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
* Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and processes.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-centric mindset.
* Team player with a collaborative attitude.

This is a full-time, onsite position. Applicants must have a Spanish work permit and be able to work at our office in San Pedro de Alcántara (Málaga).
